A client in Hopewell NJ tasked us with waterproofing and selling his basement as well as making it a more welcoming, livable space. His current basement was dark, damp and underwhelming. He wanted a space for storage, to have friends over and to keep exercise equipment. We delivered.
We started by completely cleaning and gutting any old furniture as well as inspecting the current basement to ensure there were no leaks or mold.
We then applied drywall, paint, and epoxy to the walls and floors, respectively. The client requested white walls with moldings and paint-to-match air vents.
